Heat filtered water to 176°F/80°C

Add 2g* of matcha into bowl

Pour in 80ml of hot water and whisk in zigzag motion for 30 seconds
- 4.
Enjoy your matcha!
*2g ≈ 1 level teaspoon

Latte Golden Ratio
- 1.
Heat filtered water to 176°F/80°C
- 2.
Add 2.5g* of matcha into bowl
- 3.
Pour in 50ml of hot water and whisk in zigzag motion for 30 seconds
- 4.
Pour your matcha over 100ml of steamed or chilled milk and enjoy! (we like oat)
*2.5g ≈ 1.25 level teaspoon

Hojicha Latte Golden Ratio
- 1.
Heat filtered water to 176°F/80°C
- 2.
Add 4g of hojicha into bowl
- 3.
Pour in 30ml of hot water and whisk in zigzag motion for 30 seconds
- 4.
Top with 100ml of steamed or chilled milk (we like oat)
- 5.
Add a touch of honey to taste (optional, but we like it!)
